The 6 examples are:

1. A Lost or Stolen Laptop
2. Sending e-mail to the wrong person.
3. Disposal of confidential papers.
4. Sharing of a password.
5. Allowing copying of files to USB memory keys.
6. Sending an e-mail to a group of non-staff using the To field.
